Holiday Party Planning 101

It’s that time of the year when your stress level can go from 0-100 in a matter of seconds!

Your boss puts you in charge of this year’s holiday party. You panic, it’s all on you, and you have to deliver because the rest of your future at the company depends on it.

Now breath, we’ve put together some guidelines to make this as simple as pie!

Step 1: KNOW YOUR BUDGET

Ask your boss for the budget of this year’s holiday party.

This will ensure you’ll make everyone happy. You wont second-guess yourself every step of the way and it will help you look like a shinning star when the event meets or is below the price line.

Step 2: CREATE A TEAM

Make sure to get a party planning committee started with other co-workers because everyone wants to feel included. Your committee will have a say on all the holiday planning and they will appreciate you for it. Plus, you’ll have lots of running around to do and having a few extra hands will help you delegate and get everything done on time!

Step 3: SAVE THE DATE

Figure out a great date that works for all the guests. Make sure you stay away from deadlines at work or other holidays that would conflict with your party. It is best to do your office Holiday party toward the end of the week as most employees go out of town on the weekends, and you can get great deals on locations on weekdays as opposed to the weekends!

Step 4: LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Pick a unique venue!

Location is everything. I know you have heard that many times, but if you pick a unique location more guests are eager to attend. Step 5: LURE THEM IN!

FIESTAS NAVIDEÑAS PARA TU COMPANIA

Primero, preguntale a tu Jefe cual es el presupuesto? Es imporatante saber con cuanto dinero puedes contar para que no te pases y puedas pleanear todo sin preocupacion.

Segundo,  creear un commite para la fiesta. Con la ayuda de otros empleados podras contar con sus ideas, y su ayuda en todo lo que require planificacion. A todo el mundo le encanta apollar y ser parte de la gran fiesta. Y cuando tengas muchos mandados para tu fiesta tienes un equipo de el cual puedes contar y delegar varias tareas.

Tercero,  Planifica el dia mas conveniente para todos tus empleados en la oficina. Acuerdate que si haces la fiesta durante un dia de trabajo lijero, esto te va a traer mas personas a tu fiesta. Durante la semana es mas facil conseguir un local y majormente cuesta mucho menos que durante los fines de semana.

Cuarto: Asegurar el local perfecto

EL Local debe ser espectacular! Si quieres que todos tus empleados se sientan motivados a asistir tu fiesta asegurate que sea un local que llame la atencion. Quinto: Invitaciones Festivas

Recuerdales a todos tus invitados que si van a beber liquor, que contraten un UBER, o LYFT y que no manejen. Esto siempre es bueno recordarles en las invitaciones a tus invitados

Sexto: Actividades para tu fiesta

Las fiesta de compañia estan  diseñadas para que los empleados se conoscan fuera de la oficina y gozen un mundo. Deberias asegurar actividades como Musica, Kareoke, Photo Booths, Selfie ambulante, Psiquico que lean cartas, en fin, actividades que requiran la participacion de todos y los pongan a compartir.

Acuerdate que aunque es bueno beber vas a ver a todas estas personas el Lunes en tu trabajo asi que asegurate de caminar y no que te calguen  a tu carro!
